I don't remember where I bought Shadowmass, but it was almost certainly from Martin and within spitting distance of Fisher. I also have Terry Larsen's Tarflowers and Andrew Huntley's Lyrical Ballast and divers ode, published at the same time and same format as Shadowmass.
You and I have only 23 books in common, and nine of them we are the only two on LibraryThing to possess! I don't think we know each other, but it does look as if we may have been at the same university at the same time.
My apologies for flagging your photo.. I missed that step in my head (check and see if the uploader is the author!). But, then it is 5:30 AM here :)
