About meI'm 38 years old and have always loved reading. As a child I was banned from having books in my room as I would read most of the night and struggle to stay awake at school the next day. I have 3 kids - 10 years, 8 years and 6 years. My youngest is severely disabled.

About my libraryI read anything - I love almost all fiction genres and also love non-fiction. The true test of an obsessed reader is what they read when a book isn't around - the ingredients on a tube of toothpaste, the care instructions on an item of clothing, the marketing material on the side of a band-aid packet, a calculus textbook; the list is endless. So much to read, so little time! I love kids books and audio books. All the books in my library are books I have read. Since joining, all my books will have a rating and a review of sorts. Those without a rating or review are books I have read in years gone by. Most books I read will have a rating of 3 or 4 stars as there are not many that I don't love. Less than three and I was really struggling with it. 41/2 means it was a book that touched me more than most. 5 stars is exceptional!
