At least in discussions of aspect is was merely a question misunderstanding the grammarians of the past century, but when it comes to voice. We haven't had a satisfactory discussion of voice ever. Period. And by "satisfactory" I don't mean perfect or completely accurate, rather I mean comprehensive. Deponency in particularly has always been a significant flaw for our understanding of the Greek verb. Allan challenges the very idea of deponency. And provides a very helpful discussion. Hopefully soon we'll see someone come along and provide a more unifying description of voice building upon Allan's work."
Brill Academic Publishers (2003), Hardcover, 278 pages

Linguistics and Exegesis in the Gospel of Mark: Applications of a Case Frame Analysis and Lexicon (Journal for the… by Paul L. There is much to be done in this area. In particular, work must be done much more broadly across a significantly larger corpus of Hellenistic Greek, preferably a corpus of at least 200,000-300,000 words."
Sheffield Academic Pr (2002), Hardcover, 240 pages
