I was on the edge of my seat for the entire book and loved how Meyer wrote the story through two different characters' eyes. The main three set of characters all matured, especially our protagonist, Bella, and I was certainly glad to see that development. It was also wonderful to see the vampires and werewolves come together in unity. Intriguing novel with intriguing themes and characters. Loved it as much as Twilight, if not more."
Little, Brown Young Readers (2008), Hardcover, 768 pages

Eclipse (The Twilight Saga, Book 3) by Stephenie Meyer

webgal79's review: "I liked this book better than New Moon but not as much as Twilight. Bella's problems with her self-worth were painful to read, almost annoying. I remember having self-esteem problems at her age, but I wasn't so self-depricating as she. Also, both Edward and Jacob are good guys even though Jacob's immature games got on my nerves and Edward was way too understanding. I think Bella would have been happy with either and it was hard to see her come to that realization as well and be forced to choose. The action scenes made up for Bella's inner monologue, which was almost too much in New Moon. Eclipse seemed to pull a lot of the storyline together but it still wasn't enough for me to give it 5 stars."
Little, Brown Young Readers (2007), Edition: 1, Hardcover, 640 pages

The Thirteenth Tale: A Novel by Diane Setterfield

Washington Square Press (2007), Paperback, 432 pages

The Book Thief by Markus Zusak

Knopf Books for Young Readers (2007), Paperback, 576 pages

The Lost Memoirs of Jane Austen by Syrie James

Avon A (2007), Paperback, 352 pages

The Memory Keeper's Daughter by Kim Edwards

Penguin (Non-Classics) (2006), Paperback, 432 pages

My Sister's Keeper: A Novel by Jodi Picoult

Washington Square Press (2005), Paperback, 448 pages

To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee

Grand Central Publishing (1988), Mass Market Paperback, 288 pages
