This book opens your eyes to the world hyper palatable foods by explaining how the food industry deliberately layers fat on sugar on salt on fat.I agree with the author that it is time for the restaurant industry to give consumers the information they need to make an educational choice on their orders. That salad you ordered thinking is a healthy may be fat, salt and sugar layered on a few pieces of lettuce. You might be better off with a small burger and eating less calorie with other meals."<br>Thorndike Press (2009), Edition: 1 Lrg, Hardcover, 607 pages

Where Will You Go from Here?: Moving Forward When Life Doesn&#039;t Go as Planned by Valorie Burton

<img src="http://images.amazon.com/images/P/0307729761.01._SX90_SCLZZZZZZZ_.jpg" style="float: left; margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px; clear: left;"/> Lakenvelder's review: "This book could not had came at a better time for me between losing my job and finding out my husband has a pre-cancer condition.
