Tales of Cinnamon City Megarothia orbits the star of Durittus. Sapphire oceans surround rich green continents while swirling white clouds dance across a thick, oxygen-rich atmosphere. When the first star ship arrived, humans quickly colonised the surface, building towns and cities, and forging a strong society built upon preordained laws. For a thousand years they populated the lands in peace. When the second star ship came, it brought only the Sand Lords. They subjugated the humans with ease, taking all the positions of power within weeks, and forcing the humans to build giant fortresses on their behalf. The Iridium Wars began within a generation of the Sand Lords' landing and the wars continued for 272 years. Lord fought against Lord and humans turned against each other in a bloody onslaught. Some thought the war would never end. The fighting only stopped when Megarothia suffered the First Black Day, a conclusion to the war that was so devastating that the sky turned black and the lands were poisoned for generations to come. The oceans frothed with death and decay as millions of corpses washed up against the ruined shorelines.   Only those who were granted sanctuary beneath Lord Hades' Dome Shield survived. Five thousand men, women and children huddled together under torn blankets, while millions died in the toxic wasteland outside. Within the protection of the Dome Shield, Lord Hades constructed the microcosm that he had fought so hard to make possible. He called this new world within a world the Orange Zone, and the people within it worked hard to start a new life. The White Spear now stands at the centre of the Dome Shield, regulating the shield's power as it expands each year. What was once a small weak bubble has become a vast symbol of power one hundred kilometres wide. At the centre of the Orange Zone, the people have built Cinnamon City. They call it home. For 715 years, the Orange Zone has prospered, ruled by the Council of Lords and governed by a military organisation known as Central Command. Now, in the year 715DS, a new enemy is rising in the Orange Zone. Central Command must stand and fight once more. (English, Unclassified)
