Described as "breathtakingly creative", The Secret Of The Emerald Sea is a magical adventure that is suitable for all ages. This novel tells the story of Jane, a girl from a small seaside village. For as long as she can remember, she has longed for the Emerald Sea...but it has always been forbidden...

This book is new to the Kindle Store, and it will be a wonderful way to experience magic, innocent romance, and suspenseful action this fall...
Reviews from Amazon readers:
1.) This is a wonderfully timeless story, a classic tale that will appeal to almost all ages. I could not put the book down because it was so utterly captivating. The talent of this author is breathtaking. She paints fantastic surreal images, and what a stunningly beautiful story she has imagined. All ages will be completely smitten, although I believe it is a bit dark for 'tiny tots'.
2.) The Secret of the Emerald Sea written by Heather Matthews is an adventure story, as well as a love story. Jane, the main character, just fourteen years old has a strange connection to the sea. She has always been comforted by the rain, and something about the Emerald Sea has always captivated her attention. One night, Jane sneaks out of her grandmother's place and runs down to the sea. Once there, Jane dives in and magical things happen.
What Jane believed to be true is not. Is she or is she not human? Is she a magical sea creature? Or is she a lost girl who is mourning the death of her mother? All of these questions are answered, so you the readers must check The Secret of the Emerald Sea out.
Matthews did write a very enjoyable story, and I do recommend it be read. (excerpt, four star reviews)
