How do you get ARCs from publishers?

Mine so far this month, both received and expected:
Devil's Kiss by Sarwat Chadda - old ARC, won through blog giveaway
The Running Dream by Wendelin van Draanen (Random Buzzers)
Henrietta Sees It Through by Joyce Dennys(GoodReads)

Edited to correct a title.

I got a finished copy of Blood Work by Holly Tucker yesterday. I'm amazed they have finished copies already, the book isn't out for 6 more weeks.
