Locus Awards - Spread out in CK?

I'm looking at my list of awards and I find that the Locus Poll and the Locus yearly Award are spread out over different syntax. I'd love to meld some of them together, but I'm not sure what the rule/syntax would be to correct the mess. (In fact, I saw someone put a note in stating that very fact.)
Does anyone have any tips/hints/suggestions?
ETA: To add links.
I don't know these particular awards (or is it a single award?), but this problem where people enter the same award in different formats happens a lot.
Generally, where there are several versions of the same award, figure out which one has the most entries, and stick with that one as the standard, and change the others to fit.
Shortlists/finalist lists, and nominee lists, are typically kept separate from the main award.
That's all the tips I could offer. Could you provide some links and more information about what needs to be melded?
With the caveat that I don't know this award,
this looks like the consensus format for entering the main award:
This for the finalists:
and this for the nominees:
So if the "Locus Fantasy Award Nominee" means the same thing as "Locus Nominee," then just change the CK Award entries on the books accordingly, to match the way they're entered on the latter list.
I've converted some of them, but the yearly poll, it looks like someone did some extensive work, but it doesn't match the other syntax...
The Locus Award is basically a readers poll.
Each year there will be a list of nominees (typically around 20 or so) in a variety of categories. The top 5 are called 'finalists'.
Therefore the Nominee list and the Finalist list should not be merged.
Take a look at my second link. It's a specific poll broken out from the rest of the nominees/winner's lists.
Don't want to merge the Nominees and Finalists. I'm fine with those.
3> Locus Fantasy Award Nominee is probably a nomination in the category of fantasy novel.
There are currently 10 of the 14 locus categories which could find their way into the awards CK:
The others less likely to be found are:
Publisher/Imprint (Always Tor)
The categories have changed considerably over the years, most recently with the dropping of the Horror/ Dark Fantasy book in about 2000 and the introduction of the YA book in 2003.
http://www.locusmag.com/SFAwards/Db/Locus.html is the official site of the awards.
4 - I'm not sure which one you're referring to. Can you provide a link?
5 - Right, Nominees and Finalists should be kept separate if there are different links. But all the variations on nominees should be changed to the standard "Locus Nominee" and all the various entries for Finalists should be changed to the standard "Locus Award Finalist."
So for instance, these two should probably be merged:
Lots of variations around these lists:
ETA - before I posted this, I didn't see posts after 5, or the links in 1, so don't have any ideas about the links in 1 yet. Is this a different award from the main one?
