Dreamwords ... the honesty edition - may be coming to a bus stop or park bench near you soon

Yesterday, struggling back with the seasonal food shopping I alighted the bus in my small hamlet and there balanced carefully and neatly on the bus shelter bench were two stacks each of two books in cellophane. Intrigued I popped and had a look to find that this is an experiment by the author to see if enough readers are honest enough to pay for (or contribute towards) the book which he has left for people to discover.

I have only read a little so far but am hooked and yes I was honest and sent the payment. Not least because I am hoping to complete 5 more books before 1 January and thereby improve on my previous highest reads in a year ... so this almost felt like being gifted that opportunity.

The story is set in Scotland ... what better reason to enjoy a book and support an author?

Sounds interesting; shame I'm not in the area to pick up an honesty copy.
