Snowstorm has it. The Flavor Bible by Karen Page. Really interesting book for those who like to cook -- not recipes, but what flavors go with what other flavors. Kind of like a color wheel for food.

There is a dash between words 4 and 5. can't figure how to show it without confusion.
367ThrillerFanEdited: Jan 24, 2012, 10:36am
S?
An easy way to do it is by not using dashes for the blanks. Use underscores (Shift-Hyphen).
X-Ray would look like this: _ - _ _ _
Or, if you want to make it even clearer, do like I did, and use double-underscores for your blanks (i.e. Underscore Underscore Space Underscore Underscore Space)
It would look like this: __ - __ __ __
If you want to make the hyphen more profound, you can use a dash (2 hyphens):
__ -- __ __ __
Hope this helps.
Thanks TF, but it is not a hyphen- a dash indicating a subtitle. Can't keep separate words on one line each if I follow your suggestion. These are single underscores.
One S.
