Good luck!

Even as they slipped the noose around my neck I refused to renounce the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

#2 I admire your courage. No, it's not martyr.

NOT: martyr

One thing I'll never be (at least in this life) is a member of this English order...

What's that guy doing with that pistol? Why is everyone running around that track instead of running away?

Another futile try at a proper name:
He "Didnʻt have a chance" but won all the same
And became the United States President # 38
(Or 39th by a peculliar count popular of late).

Come to think of it, this is a common noun
As well, but only, e.g., in a town
As yet unmechanized would you see one--a settlement
Without vans or trucks, only wagons -- -- got it yet?

Is it some poor soul whose digestion involves unfortunate side effects?

//Tch, tch, tch Krolik. Perhaps Beano would help.//
That was not a guess.

Would you believe I'm an original member of the DAR? No? You're right. I'm old enough, but don't have quite the right background.

Mine was only a hypothetical question, in the pursuit of further knowledge.

This most noble order of British knighthood dates back to the fourteenth century.

Whoops, I think that was probably what James was after. Ignore it. New guess:

This little fella almost stopped the construction of the Tellico Dam back in the 70s.

NOT: martyr, starter, garter, carter, farter (!)

#10 BUT YES, it's smarter.

Zipping along once again.

"Jinx" (14)

Is that a new "Rhymes With..." word, or a commentary on the foregoing rounds?"

Feb 10, 2012, 4:00pm Top

Tag, you're it, Roland.

On 10, 12, and 16:

Iʻm still not sure if krolik (10, 12) or I (16) is supposed to run the next round?
As one of our past presidents might say, "It depends on what you mean by "it". (16).

Feb 11, 2012, 1:53am Top

Oh right, I think it is krolik.

Sorry...I'm on the road at present, with limited internet access. Could someone else take it?

Feb 12, 2012, 7:26am Top

I'd normally step up to the plate, but in a few days I'm heading to Rio de Janeiro for Carnaval, and don't plan on spending much time online once I'm there. But there must be at least one Crambologist who's willing to help krolik out and start a new game. Isn't there?

I accept that challenge!
Y'all have been very busy while I was away -- back shortly with a new link.
