Foreign Policy has a good article by David Rohde on what the Obama administration refuses to call the Obama doctrine.

I knew Obama had increased the use of drone strikes, but I was shocked by the exact number of them the administration has carried out. According to Rohde, the number is at least 239 in three years. That's one every 4.5 days. And that's just the ones that we know about. Given the secretive nature of the drone program, that number could be quite a bit higher.
