For those of you who have ebook readers (or apps on your computers) and enjoy them, this is a week to perhaps try some new authors. Places like Smashwords will be doing promos with discounted books. I plan to release The Servant Girl in the next couple days, too. It looks like it will be a fun week!

Tell you what - I'll download yours, and you download mine. :) My publisher is offering "Tallis' Third Tune" tomorrow for the kickoff. This is an important marketing tool to introduce readers to new authors, established authors, and the benefits of the e-book. Nothing like portability and ease of reading on a commute home, or late at night, with a back lit reader, you can read without having to deal with a lamp/light. Most important to me, however, is the reclaiming of space in my home office, saving trees...

Downloaded a bunch of books by friends on various boards last week and finally read my first book on my Nook (took a plane trip this weekend and left all my paper books behind.)

My historical fiction Selene of Alexandria is also part of the Smashwords promotion. Use code REW50 to get 50% off through March 10. You can check out the reviews here on LT to see if it's your cup of tea or download an excerpt at my website (http://faithljustice.com or Smashwords to "look inside."

Whether it's my book or another...read an ebook this week. Enjoy!

Zette - I surfed the internet to find authors from here and Goodreads that I know to support them during the Ebook week - my e-reader is bursting at the memory card from the downloads. I have the Servant Girl - love the cover, by the way.

Thank you! I hope you enjoy the book.

And I'm glad you like the cover. I had created about five versions before I finally had the 'duh' moment and realized what I wanted.
