Should we rearrange the way things are done?

It occurred to me the last time I posted that if I don't include the title of the book in the subject it's going to be very hard to go back to it when someone else reads it, which I think is going to be the intention of this list? To make it so that we can share reading experiences. I've given some thought to creating a post with a list of books read, which can include links and whatnot, but I'd really prefer to do it this way, writing the experience as it happens, sharing and talking about it all... and then letting others go back to said post and share /their/ experiences with the book, instead of having to create their own thread. It's all one discussion about one book, after all, right?
So.. Do we change the way we post titles? Do we list book and author and maybe lay claim to the starting of the thread by adding a numeral to it... such as M23 for Mirrani's #23? Do we drop the number off of it all together?
Input welcome. :)
I like the idea of having Title and Author then M or E followed by the number (and any other letter for new members that might join us), as you say, there are some books that overlap, many books that were on your list that are also on mine, so I believe that we should post those together in the same topic. So my vote will be
Title, Author then M# or E#
I'd like to keep the number simply because that way it's easier to see how many books you've read in the year. And I'd like to keep track of that. :)
I will start right away, since I have to post my notes from the last book I read, and I'm waiting on the kitchen floor to dry before I can get anything to eat.
Yeah, that was my thinking too... keeping the numbers, I mean. Will start with the new system on my own as well.
So mine would be MS1 then, such a lousy reader. Oops..... Must get this book finished then I can be MS2! :)
Well you don't /have/ to keep track of how many you read in a year. I challenged myself (mostly because I keep getting all these free ones and they're piling up) so that I could get to the end of a reading list by the end of the year. It's not going to happen because I don't read fast enough and not all of the things I need to read are on Kindle. Phong reads much faster than I do. ;)
