SQL error when trying to propose a tag combination

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' 1075143, 1, 1335845788)' at line 5
INSERT INTO tags_proposecombination (tpc_ttkey_from, tpc_ttkey_to, tpc_usernum, tpc_combineoruncombine, tpc_stamp) VALUES (6039777, , 1075143, 1, 1335845788)

when proposing that this tag be combined with "Amritsar Massacre"
Fixed. The bug surfaced whenever you attempted to combine tags and the latter of them had not actually been used (or seen) on LibraryThing. In that case the tag didn't have an id number. It now "makes" the tag if it needs to. Thanks.
