Want to borrow a copy of the book from someone? Want to ask a question about the author? Or maybe you've seen the book on sale!

Post non-spoiler chat about Hansel and Gretel in Grimms' Fairy Tales by The Brothers Grimm here...

Hurray, yet another overly-annotated Fairy Tale at http://www.Sur La Lune!
The original version in in German, but here's the 1823 Edgar Taylor translation

For people who can read German, wikisource has the text from the 7 editions of Kinder- und Hausmärchen der Brüder Grimm here. Also notes from the Brueder Grimm regarding sources and variations of the tale in different parts of Germany.

(If anyone is interested in the latter and can't speak German, I can do a rough translation if you want.)
