I seem to not have a flag button any more. Is that one of those "lose it if you don't use it" things or am I being punished for being a cheapskate freebie member? Ok by me just curious to know.

Click on "More". It changes to "Add to favorites | Mark as read to here | Link | Flag"

I was thinking this deserved a flag, I can find no LT provenance for the post which looks like an ad.
