Takes forever to add books

Other parts of the site seem to work OK, but when I try to add books, it's taken forever the past few days. Is something wrong with the database?
Where are you adding them from? The source is key. Hits on Amazon take 0.6 seconds, Overcat 0.4, but some libraries take 12 seconds.
It's also possible that your library's size is coming into it. But this should only affect the first search during a 48-hour period.
>1, are you still getting this? Closing, but feel free to reopen if needed.
Sorry, I never got a notification for this -- sometimes it still takes forever, usually when I've just logged in and I'm starting to add books. After a couple of entries it speeds up a bit. I use Amazon's info almost exclusively. The past few days seemed to be better, but today trying to just add a book took at least 10 seconds.
When are you seeing a delay: when Add books is "searching" for the book before the results appear in the right-hand pane, or when you click on the title to add the book?
I'm not sure today's the best time to judge these speed issues given all the network/internet weirdness at the moment, but let me know anyway (and if there's a particular book you've noticed slowness with, let me know the search terms you were using, too).
