Currently when you goto the 'Add Book' (or wishlist) link from the main page, only the title gets autofilled in the search box. This (especially for new books with common titles) leads to rubbish returns.

I'm sure it most be possible to make the default 'title, surname' which brings the correct response in the vast majority of cases. No not every single one ever. But so much more useful than just 'title'.

Oh yes. And ideally, if there's an ISBN, enter that! But even just adding the author would help so much.

That's the reason (well, one of the reasons) I seldom use the green or pink plus - it's just _easier_ to go to Add Books and fill in the stuff myself. Including my tags, and collections, and all the other things that the pluses don't handle - but even without worrying about those, I'd rather put in better search terms. The overall search takes less time (longer to enter the search terms, MUCH shorter to search through the results and find the book you actually want).
