1eclt83How many books do you own according to the books you have added to your library on LibraryThing? I currently seem to own 367 books. (But I believe I haven't added every book yet). *books that you own and have in your home. 4rabbitprincessAccording to my LT stats, I personally own 434 books that are in my current home, the boyfriend has another 36 (at least, those are the ones I've logged), and another 136 are kicking around my parents' place. Most people I tell that to are shocked because they think 434 books is a huge number. I'm more surprised that it's ONLY 434 books. :P 5grkmwkI've got 745 cataloged in my home library, but some of those are ebooks. However, I know that not all of my son's books are cataloged, so it's likely at least 800. 6VivalaErin892 cataloged in my library, but I have another 300+ on my nook, so the grand total is 1201. I may have some more in my office or boxes that aren't logged, but it shouldn't be many. I fancy myself a bit of a collector... 7johnsimpsonI have 164 listed on LT but have about 1200 to read and i also have a cricket book collection which is about 250 plus numerous art books and cookery books. I just need to stop purchasing books. The phrase " My name is John Simpson and i'm a book-a-holic" comes to mind. At least it's not bad for my health. 8fdholtAs of today, I have 4168. I do not do individual vols. so many are multivolume sets or complete runs of serials. Now to be fair it also includes charts for stitching, patterns for knitting, crochet and tatting, and drum and piano scores. (They are books too and many have isbns). I have a pile of comics from my childhood as well as more scores to input along with a box of miscellanous, "oh how do I catalog that" stuff. Also have more boxes in basement and attic that I need to evaluate as to keep or to donate to library sale. 9fullyarmedvishnuI have 4,799 in my list, which is spread around two houses and a garage. About 1000 are unread or unreadable. 11Tallulah_RoseI have 251 catalogued in LT but I know I have not catalogued all books I want to read and those that belong exclusively to my BF and I most likely won't ever read. I'm just wondering there are so few books... | AboutThis topic is not marked as primarily about any work, author or other topic. TouchstonesNo touchstones |
