I want to print from my "books I want to read" list. All I want to print off is the author and the title, not all the other details like book cover etc. There are 66 books on my list so I have to print off 6 pages which seems a bit excess to carry around.
Go to your collection To Read
On the top row of bottons under the tabs, find the section called Styles. At the end is an icon like a wheel. This allows you to change the fields that are printed. Using one of the lettered styles you aren't currently using for anything else, change the fields to be just the ones you want to print. Save it.
Now select this letter from the botton row. The catalog should appear the way you want. Then select the icon that looks like a printer and print the catalog. With 66 books you'll still have multiple pages, but less than 6.
Or export your list and import it into something that lets you print in multiple columns and you can control your font size. Word can do both.
Thanks. I chose style C.
I selected the whole document by pressing Control + A, right clicked and clicked on copy.
I copied into Word and then deleted some columns I didn't want and was left with just the author and title columns.
I widened the columns and reduced the number of pages from 10 to just 3 which is much more economical.
