2012 Caldecott Hopefuls

If you've noticed any stunning picture books that you feel are Caldecott material, post about them here! Remember, they must be published in 2012 in order to be eligible.

I'm never as confident about picture books as I am about novels, but I really loved One Cool Friend when I read it earlier this year. And Then It's Spring got some buzz, and I'm hearing good things about Bear Has a Story to Tell. I'll probably make more of an effort to hunt down great picture books this fall, especially if we decide to do a mock Caldecott at my library in January.
