Sure. Put the title in square brackets to get a book touchstone (what we call the link to the book page) or double square brackets around an author's name to get an author touchstone. Once you do this, LT will search for the book or author to establish the link. Occasionally it gets it wrong, so just hit "other" just to the right of the message window and you'll get to choose the correct one.
