Forgotten Highland romance

Hi! I am trying to find a specific book but I don't remember a lot about it. Here is what I do know.

- Highland romance
- the main woman is from the future
*spoilers*
- in the beginning a soldier Has a fever everyone thinks he is going to die but the woman from the future tells them to use frozen peas.
- she is poisoned with monks hood I think (in cup of wine)
- healing woman try the frozen peas to help her fever like she did for the solider

I would really appreciate the help to find this book. I would love to read it again.

This reminds me of A Knight in Shining Armor by Jude Deveraux
