Romance comedy : Rich middle age man married with teenage girl

Main character is a teenage girl. Her older sister was force to marry with a middle age rich man. He is a good man but her older sister already have a lover so this teenage girl meet with this rich man and ask to marry her instead of her sister. Please help.

Not contemporary romance. I think I read this around 2002 - 2004. I just remember the main story. When the girl meet (secretly) with the rich man, she told him that her sister already hv a lover, and she sad when see her sister always crying. Marriage arrangement between family because of bussiness stuff..if i'm not wrong. All the family members shock when the rich man came and telling that he want to marry the little girl.
