I am very pleased with the purchase. The book was made by Bindtech based on where it shipped from. The font and paper with exquisite texture are stunning. The printing has the odd wide margins. The illustrations are tipped in on a sheet...the sheet itself being tipped into the preceding page. The leather looks a little plasticized (as do most bindings from Bind Tech) and the embossing is not a deep as say Grimms Fairy Tales from Kingsport Book. But everything about War of the Worlds exhibits perfect quality. Enjoy the pics.

Gorgeous! Thank you for sharing. Are the end-sheets hand-marbled? I doubt it, but thought I would ask.

Thank you for sharing your purchase. Amazing looking book and wonderful illustrations. After seeing your pictures I'm very tempted to pull the trigger and purchase this for myself.

They are not hand-marbled...but I would assume the design is exclusive to this edition.

Truly a DLE! Thanks for sharing. The commissioned art for the DLE Slaughterhouse Five was equally impressive.
