PLEASE HELP ME FIND THIS BOOK, adult fiction, maybe harlequin, DESPERATE

I read this book about 4 years ago
I can remember the whole plot line just not characters, title or author.
The story is kind of narrated by the mans dead wife and the first chapter is about her dying. I think she gets hit by a truck.
The girl moves back to her home town.
The guy is her college sweetheart who married her enemy in college but he is now a widow with a daughter, football coach and retired football player. she tries not to fall for him but cant help it.
Random tidbits: 1.She helps his daughter with her dance routine because his daughter and her neice are friends at school. his daughter hates her because she misses her mom.
2. The leading character gets pregnant with twins I think at the end.

This is Rachel Gibson's Not Another Bad Date. I was pretty sure it was a Rachel Gibson book but I couldn't remember which one until I looked through all of her books just now.

I'm glad to see someone answered you. However, two things for the future:

1. Don't use all caps. That's screaming. It's rude.
2. Read the guidelines for the group. Every single person posting is like you "I don't know the title (or author)." It's the point of the group. Descriptive subjects without the "please help me" parts are generally more likely to get a response. You lucked out! Congrats! :)

Looking for a book but can only remember part of the ending a woman was kidnaped by a man who thought he loved her and told her as soon as she delivered the baby she was carrying he was going to sell it to a nice couple he had already located then he was going to impregnate her and they would have many babies together un beknown to him she had already started labour and refused to show it to give her husband she loved time to find them. I think i remember something about a black market baby selling scheme.
