Name that book: Trilogy which starts with a woman with amnesia because of a dogs kiss

Soo...

I've read a trilogy, about 10 years ago now. And I know I've loved it and I really want to add them to my fysical book collection. Only, I don't know the title and I can't find it.

Here is what I remember:

There is a woman (girl?) with no memory. I think that happened because she was kissed by dog that is part of the world she's stuck in. She can't be kissed.

The world she belonged to is closed of because of some issues but she didn't get in in time or something.

I mostly remember the ending. The ending actually wasn't a good one.
She has remembered everything in between, but being forced (?) to kiss someone in a wedding she loses it again and seems to be lost forever.

Though an epilogue talks about a legend that a bird flew in, changed into her prince/king (from her own world) spoke to her/convinced her/.. and that they took of together.

Does this ring bell with anyone?
