Looking for a poem about a tumor-like mass I read in high school!

One day in AP Lit. my class read this disturbingly vivid poem about a woman in a room, staring at this tumor-like mass sitting on a shelf across from her. The mass is being preserved in a jar of formaldehyde and (getting graphic here) is described as having her teeth and hair visible in it. I have been combing the internet for this poem and cannot turn up ANYTHING. Any help you all could provide would be greatly appreciated!

About what year would have read this? (We don't know how long it's been since you were in high school!)

The medical term for that sort of tumor is 'teratoma'. There's a poem called Teratoma, but it doesn't have your imagery:

Also not a match: 'Woman with a tumor on her neck'
