she should pass the info on but since we know that she won't give up on the case, and doesn't appreciate Sparks' abilities, she'll follow the lead

Erika should really tell her boss about this, but I'm not sure the new team would follow up on this anyway: they have a sitting duck in Isaac, I don't think they'd want to muddy the waters with this extra evidence which would point away from him.

Definitely should be passing the information on but we know that isn't going to happen. I agree with Lynda she shouldn't get a promotion, possibly the opposite!
