Any initial thoughts why Danny Daniels called on Cassiopeia?

I initially thought he wanted to find out about her discussion with Pauline but it seemed that he just wanted someone that he could talk to that wouldn't judge

I wasn't sure what his intent was but I found it out of character that he was spilling his emotional guts to Cassiopeia.
