So far this year I have read:
Run for Your Life by Andrea Kane
Book of a Thousand Days by Shannon Hale
The Hyde Park Headsman by Anne Perry
The Misadventures of Maude March by Audrey Couloumbis
Faithless by Karin Slaughter

I have enjoyed all of these books.
My favorite being Faithless. Book of a Thousand Days was a pleasant surprise even though it was a YA book.

I just finished Last Words by Mariah Stewart
It started out very good but bogged down in the middle and I had to force myself to finish reading it.

Yesterday I finished a good YA book.
Assassin (Lady Grace Mysteries) by Grace Lady Cavendish
I enjoyed it. I takes place in 1533 with a Maid of Honor for Queen Elizabeth, Lady Grace. The book is written as a diary and tells of her solving a murder in the Queen's court.

Finished Mr. Monk and the Blue Flu by Lee Goldberg, and Lady Grace Mysteries: Betrayal by Grace Lady Cavendish.
the Monk book was very enjoyable, just like watching an episode on TV. A very quick read.
Berayal was a good YA novel about Lady Grace a Maid of Honor to Elizabeth I and her exploits as she tries to rescue a fellow Maid of Honor who has been kidnapped and taken out to sea.
Monk 4 out of 5 stars
