Just finished reading this book and thought I would post my comments on it. Great book for anyone dealing with depression or discouragement. The author offers godly solutions to real emotional and physical problems that many Christians have to deal with. He speaks from experience after enduring the debiliatating effects of Spinal Meningitis which made it necessary for him to learn to walk, talk, etc. again like a toddler. He demonstrates great confidence in God and God's Word and a realistic approach to the physical causes of depression and discouragement. It is on ly 70 pages and makes a great afternoon read.
