I am trying to find my second thread in the '75 Books Challenge for 2017' and some messages I posted there. However, there is no continuation link showing from the first thread which ends in August 2017 although I am sure that I had a second thread.
The thread book that drneutron maintains for the 75 group each year also shows that I had a second thread but if I follow the link from there, it says that the topic does not exist.
Is it possible to find my lost thread? I know the group has been dormant for a while.
Ah; found a link that I pasted in my 2018 thread: https://www.librarything.com/topic/267168
but it still says Problem: topic does not exist
August 2017? Yeah, that was during the data gap:
we have a gap of data representing 21 hours last August (2017). Specifically between 12:05pm 08/12/2017 (UTC) and 9:02pm 08/13/2017 (UTC).
There have been other reports of threads that were started during that time going missing:
Lorannen says there that they should be able to recover most of the threads, albeit without titles or the initial posts (the ones actually posted during the gap), but didn't follow up on that, so it's unclear whether they've tried to do so or not.
Yep, lorax is right on here. Your missing thread is still on our test servers. I'll prod Tim about restoring those. We'll need to give it a placeholder title of some sort, since the title and very first post are lost,
