Different Numbers of Books?

My "Your Books" Tab suggests that I have 804 items (and I have 9 pages. However, my Home and Profile pages suggest that I have 776 items (11 maps, 765 books). I've refreshed the page and logged out/in to see if that changes anything, but it hasn't.
Any idea why this is the case?
I'll second this and, AFAIK, it's recent - i.e., at least through sometime in January, the numbers on my "Home" page under "Your books", "Recently Added", and "Your Collections" were all the same as on the "Your books" page. Now, the "Your books" page (the catalog) seems to have jumped ahead. It's also not a discrepancy between overall and distinct counts - the "Stats/Memes" page also shows the correct number. The only place that seems to be different is the "Your books" / catalog page.
We had a couple reports of this in the last month, and that's certainly concerning. However, as far as we've been able to tell, this is a browser caching/data issue. I'm not sure there's anything going on on our end that's causing it, though I'm asking developers to look into it.
In the meantime, clearing your browser data should resolve the discrepancy. You can also take a look at Your Books and Home page in incognito (Chrome) or private (Firefox) browsing modes, and that should show you the correct, matching numbers.
This took me a while to even see in action—I was literally seeing different numbers of books than the two individuals who contacted me about this issue. It's as fiddly as it is frustrating.
