What are you favorite bookstores from your home state?

Well, Indiana is no longer my home state, but it still holds my favorite bookstore:

The Mystery Company in Carmel, IN, owned by Jim Huang. He previously had a mystery bookstore by a different name in Michigan.

And now that I am living in small town Wisconsin, boy do I miss the mystery discussion groups I used to participate in at this bookstore and at my local library.

Prairie Lights in Iowa City is surely one of the top bookstores in the nation.

Also in Iowa, the Book Vault in Oskaloosa is an excellent store, and ingeniously designed around the fixtures of an old bank.

Jane Addams Book Shop, in Champaign, IL (an excellent used/rare book store). I've moved upstate to the burbs, but there don't seem to be any privately owned shops up here--if anyone knows of any, PLEASE let me know, 'cause I seem to be surrounded by strip-malls....
