Hey everyone,

Here's a quick plug for a great teen book I just read called Suite Scarlett by Maureen Johnson (the author of Thirteen Little Blue Envelopes).

Scarlett Martin lives in New York City in a famous old hotel owned by her family. When a Martin child turns 15, as Scarlett just has, they get their own hotel suite to take care of.

Scarlett's suite has just been checked out to Mrs. Amberson, a flamboyant C-list actress who turns Scarlett's world upside down.

In addition to Mrs. Amberson's madness, Scarlett's older brother is in a play that is secretly operating out of the hotel. Also in the play is Eric, a hot Southern boy who has his eye on Scarlett.

Can Scarlett survive a summer of glamour, romance, and deception?

Check out Suite Scarlett-- there are several copies owned by the San Jose Public Library.

I look forward to reading more reviews from all of you!
