and enjoyed, 'Death in the Truffle Wood' by Pierre Magnan.
I've reviewed it - and do think if you want a slightly different read, with a genuine continental twist, it's worth dipping in to.

I just finished Heartsick by Chelsea Cain. I read it in one sitting - it was captivating. Very much a Silence of the Lambs followup with a gender reversal.
