Does anyone know of a website or software that transliterates Aramaic from English?

You need software that translates arbitrary text from English into some version of Aramaic, is that right?

And not just something that transliterates Aramaic text into / out of Syriac / Hebrew characters from / to ASCII / Roman + diacritics, which would be a zillion times easier?

If such a translating thing existed, I'd think CAL would know about it.
