Thought this would be a good idea for me to see what I've read. No specific number goal but hopefully I can reach 50 by May 2009. Since graduating College in May I've read:
1-7 Harry Potter series
8 The Fellowship of the Ring
9 The Two Towers by J.R.R. Tolkien
I prefer this part over the first part. The pacing was much better for me and the story itself went faster since there was no need to describe certain aspects again.
10. The Return of the King by J.R.R. Tolkien
Good final part. Like the way it ended.
14.
Oxygen by John B Olsen and Randall Ingermanson
Good page turner always kept you guessing. If you think you had it all figured out they authors threw another kink into it to make you think more.
For me a good change of pace and enjoyed getting back to science based stuff since I'm a biologist.
18.
Stealing God's Thunder by
Philip Dray.
Interesting book telling the story of Benjamin Franklin the scientist. Well written with a good description of Franklin's life while still keeping me entertained.
19
Biology Through the Eyes of Faith by
Richard T. Wright.
Good Book that showed fairly the connection between Faith and Biology. Did a good job of not straying to far to the scientific side or too far to the religious side. I agreed with most of what was said by the author.
I like the movie, was the book as good? I generally like books by John Grisham, although I haven't read one in a while. Have a great weekend!

The book was really good. I haven't seen the movie in a while so I can't really compare the two.
EEEEEEEEEEEhhhhhh!~!~!
The Tailchaser's Song. I was turned onto that book back in the eighties when my eldest daughter was still in high school and read it. She loved it! It creeped me out and actually gave me nightmares. But it was a fascinating read. Really different. How did you find it to be?
Happy reading and blessings on your day.

And ya know------I don't feel any better about this book (The Tailchaser's Song) since one of my cats just sh*t on my grandson's bed!!!!!!!!!!
Well, off to do laundry and then back to Harry Potter.
catcha later,

It was an interesting read to say the least. I enjoyed it, but I could definitely tell it was his first novel.
27 Blindsight by Robin Cook
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest is brilliant :) If you liked it try Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes.
