Are you reading The Count of Monte Cristo abridged or unabridged? 3channywaxUnabridged. I have seen the movie, and have always wanted to read it. I sometimes have a hard time getting through the "classics", but I am going to make myself! I have never not finished a book, but I have gotten tired of a few before I have finished them. Hopefully I will be able to get through them and enjoy them!:) 4VictoriaPLMy copy is unabridged too, it's a doorstop! The Wiki on the book is really good if you get confused with the Count's aliases. 5IrishoneyscotlandYou have great books to read ... A few of them I have read myself and other are on my list to read ... I will watch with interest to see your reviews of the books ..... 6_Zoe_Great list! There are some here that I've read and loved just this past year (Life as We Knew It, Year of Wonders) and others that I'm also planning to read in the next year or so (The Lightning Thief, Nobody's Princess, The Hunger Games). I'm also partway through Inkheart, but it wasn't quite holding my attention. 7channywaxHere is a link to all the wonderful books I have read and reviewed for January! http://alwayssomethingtoread.blogspot.com/ I hope everyone is enjoying this challenge as much as I am! | Group: 999 Challenge289 members 20,056 messages AboutThis topic is not marked as primarily about any work, author or other topic.
