Edward Cullen vs. Robert Pattinson

Soo What do you people think Edward or Rob?? Who do you like? Well edward obviously stole all of our hearts but do any of you like Rob as edward?? You can't discriminate against him for smoking since it's his life and he's over 21. He can't do everything to please fans and he's not Edward, he's an actor, a person, portraying Edward. It's unfair to target him for smoking because he plays Edward, at least he's not off his face with drugs or suffering from anorexia. Give him a break, it's his life and he can live it the way he wants to.

I relize that. Its not the fact that he smokes that bothers me this much its the fact that he put pictures online. HE dind't have to do that y do ppl have to kno he smokes i obviously would be happier if i ddn't know

Yes, it was a bit stupid of him (if it was even him) to put those pictures up. But then again, compared to Vanessa Hugden's naked photo thing and Miley Cyrus' Vanity Fair photo shoot, Rob's pic is pretty much harmless, at least he isn't naked :)

well true but i don't think that vanessa hugdens or miley cyrus really care at all so it makes me think why would he care. Why should i think hes amazingly super hot or love him as much as edward (which is next to impossible) if hes not going to care about his stupid picturs on line so therefore I don't like him, its really not his fault like i said many times before im a spaz and i can't help it really its heretitary my whole family is full of spazes

Lots of people are saying that when Harry Potter came to cinema's people were screaming 'Daniel' but in Twilight people have been screaming 'Edward' instead of 'Rob' or 'Robert' and I have a theory for this. Girls all over the world were crushing on Edward Cullen before the movie was even thought of but that wasn't the same for Harry Potter. Even though Rob Pattinson is now classed as a 'God' all around the world Edward was a 'God' before Rob was even cast as Ed (oh, I like calling him Ed!)

I loved Twilight, but Rob wasnt at all who I envisioned. I expected someone drop dead gorgeous, not...Rob. The way Bella crooned over him every time she saw him I expected all the Cullens to look like models, but none of the really did. Rob may be cute, but hes not Edward, and hes a TERRIBLE actor. That scene where he had to sit next to her in lab was pretty bad. And he walked like the hunchback of Notre Dame, and was too skinny. That kid they picked to play Jacob wouldve been better, he was cuter anyway.

I love Rob too (Alicia, I am sooo jealous of your posters!) but I have to agree, the lab scene made me laugh.
And even though I ♥ Rob, he is a really weird person. He has all these weird phobias (such as: dying behind the wheel & dying in the back of a cab - I am dead serious) and in lots of his interviews he just says strange random things that are like, "WTH are you on about?"

Rob really does stink at acting i was cracking up on the scene were he was telling bella he has been 17 for awhile. it was so cheesy. i didnt feel any love between bella and edward. rob in my opinion for the millionth time is darn ugly!!!!!! a guy off the street would have played edward better then rob...

i know!!! I mean, i LOVE EDWARD but seriously, in the movie, Jacob is so much hotter!
i thought that scene was cheesy too.
what i didnt like was the scene where he was like "its the venom" and he looked posessed when he sucked it out of her. but he was so calm it made no sense!
and they didnt have the scene where they do blood testing and Bella faints!!

it went way to fast. i think jacob in the movie was sooooo mutch hotter then edward.

Lol Alice! I read Twilight because the movie was about to come out, I loved it and now I'm totally over over over over obsessed. I don't think that even comes close to describing it. Everyone should read it. This one kid in my class absolutely hates it, we think it's because he's jealous of Edward. :)

And Breaking Dawn the day it came out.

I read Twilight I think in July of '08 before I even knew about a movie. And New Moon and Eclipse soon after. I read Breaking Dawn about two weeks after it came out.

I READ THEM IN LIKE SEPTEMBER. I THINK TAYLOR IS ONE OF THOSE NATURALLY HOT GUYS YA KNOW? HE IS JUST WAY HOTTER THEN ROB IN MY OPINION! HE IS HAWT. I LIKE THE TWILIGHT SERIES BUT I HAVENT READ THEM IN SO LONG SO I SORT OF FORGET A BUNCH OF STUFF. I LOVE EDWARD BUT JACOB IS HOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!
