Well, you've made me interesting in Agincourt. Alas, poor Mt. TBR.
If you don't mind me asking, what was your area of study?

How much time do you have?:) BA in history which was pretty general although I crammed in as much military history as I could get past my professors. A Masters in military and strategic studies. Thesis was on counterinsurgency in the 50s and 60s, Malaya and Vietnam.
The Heretic's Daughter
The Little Giant of Aberdeen County
Testimony
When Will There Be Good News?
I've had a lucky year!
Ooh, that's interesting. Heretics Daughter already on two lists.
Jmnlman: one of the interesting aspects of history study is that there are so many approaches -socio, military, economic, political...
Just finishing
Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet and it now tops all of my lists for the year. If you didn't snag an ARC of this one, go out and buy it. Seriously.
American Widow - graffic memoir of a woman who lost her husband on September 11th. Totally worth checking out. The illustrations really take her story to a whole different level.
Resistance - Memoir/Journal of the French Resistance in WWII. I'm a huge WWII buff, so this was a fascinating read. My grandpa (who is a WWII vet) is actually reading this one right now!
Longest Trip Home - heartfelt memoir from the guy who brought you Marley & Me. Grogan is local, so it was neat to read his childhood memoir and to be able to pick out locations and local experiences from my own childhood.
And not an ARC or anything... but James Patterson's 'Maximum Ride' series for YAs. Mostly because I read it with my 12 year old cousin and it was a wonderful bonding experience for us. =)
Seriously, I could go on and on here. This is a great post!
Heretic's Daughter is already on my Christmas list... this just proves that it'll be worth buying if I don't get it. =)
Definitely Pre-Nup by Beth Kendrick. I received it directly from the author.
I also loved Purge!!!
