I couldnt manage even half of 50 last year. So starting off this year again, hoping that I will meet it and cross it too. :)

Hi BJ,

I found the whole premise very interesting, thats the reason I picked it up in the first place. But I would have enjoyed a more elaboration and debate on how different people are in Winter and on Earth. At the end it was more like, they are only in kemmer for some days, so what. they can choose their gender, big deal.

So what are you reading now?

I am reading Good Omens which is pretty funny. My girls recommended it to me. I just finished The Blind Assassin, which was well-written, but so sad. I am glad to have some humor now. :)

Oh yeah, it is a good book, though sometimes it just rambles along a loot. But when it wants to, it becomes immensely readable and funny. Maybe I really shouldnt have read the longer version, as the author himself says, he allowed himself to linger a lot.
