Fr. Miguel A Bernad, SJ, historian, educator, author and journalist.

He passed on today. I have three books of his in my catalog:
> History Against the Landscape; Personal and Historical Essays About the Philippines
> The Lights of Broadway and Other Essays
> Dialogue for Development

Although I regret not adding more to my list thorough the years, I have now put acquiring some of his titles a priority.

I have only his book, The Waiter and the Fisherman, published by Ateneo de Manila University Press last year. I'll look for his other titles as well.

My mom published one of his last titles, A Night on the Lake and Other Musings (Giraffe Books).
