Hey, Belva,
I noticed that you have Kidnapped and Silas Marner both listed twice. Also, check out arukiyomi's spreadsheets. That should give you the whole list of both editions of the book. You have read lots more than me. I better get with it. :)

ray2009- we're actually working off a certain list, the1001 Books You Must Read Before You Die by Peter Boxall, and I don't think any of the ones you mentioned are on that list, fyi. :)

Welcome Belva--I've found lots of good books and authors on the 1001 list that I never heard of before, so I really enjoy this thread, and I'm sure you will too.

Hi Belva, like arubabookwoman, I have discovered so many new-to-me authors and have even been tempted by a number of "classics" through the 1001 books book. You have an impressive list of books already. Look forward to hearing about what comes next.
