Before the photo gets flagged...

The wikipedia uploader doesn't have a bio that indicates it is Kathleen Alcala, but in the account's contributor history is a discussion of the deletion of the article on Kathleen Alcala.

The substance of the account's comments on both pages indicates to me the account actually is Kathleen Alcala.

I probably would flagged the picture if I didn't see those comments. I'm generally pretty suspicious of Wikipedia uploaders. But I couldn't put all that evidence in the copyright field.
