Just picked up a new title - The Enneagram at Work: Towards personal mastery and social intelligence by Hannah Nathans. The author supports my growing contention that questionnaires are inadequate in determining type. The best they can do is eliminate a small number of possibilities, just leaving a range. Writing for a corporate setting, she has developed an interview protocol that invites discovery through self-awareness and interaction with others. I think I'll add this one to my favourites. (Hopefully the Touchstone will find it eventually)

She's a dutch author. Since the book has been translated into english, it's probably a successful book. I haven't read it but it sounds interesting.

I determined my Enneagram number (5) by going to a weekend workshop on the Enneagram a number of years ago. I think the interaction with different people who had different numbers, and who knew a lot more than I did at the time was helpful.
I did look up the Enneagram at Work on Amazon (US site) and did not see any reviews.
