I really enjoyed the short story collection Sex in the System. I think that Cecilia Tan (who was the editor) also has some other anthologies that are sf related, though I've not read them yet.

Has anyone here read the Alien Huntress series, with the first being Awaken Me Darkly by Gena Showalter? Any good?

I don't know which of his stories would best qualify as "erotica," but Sturgeon wrote some of the best SF treating themes of sexuality, and virtually all of his stories are about love in some larger sense. Godbody doesn't really count as science fiction in my book, but it's better-than-average erotica.

Oh, and there are some noteworthy graphic novels out there, including--but hardly limited to--all of the Druuna books by Serpieri, Noe's Ship of Fools, and the Skin Tight Orbit collections.
